I suspect the Magical Space Pony is using magic to help float there, because that looks like a very small batch of balloons to be keeping him airborne.

Pony: When you said “Let’s go ballooning”, I was thinking of something bigger.
If I spent more than 10 minutes doing these strips, this one might have worked better as a flashing animated GIF.
